A short lived summer perennial. This plant likes to grow in roadsides, pastures and crops. It has a fibrous root, grows up from a woody base, to a hairy reddish stem. Leaves are fern, thread like segments and give off a foul odor. Flowers are greenish white, inconspicuous and are formed on the upper branching portions of the plant.
