Step one for ridding Crickets in your house is to seal any cracks in your house that allow penetration from the exterior, paying close attention to areas around doors and windows and openings such as dryer vents. Place screens or other barriers over any openings that you cannot seal.

You may try to dull your outdoor lighting. Instead of bright lights that attract insects, change to low-level yellow "bug" lights or any low color lights.
Crickets naturally live in moist, thick foliage; if it is not cut down to at least 6-12inches then crickets can find ways to enter into the house.

Apply indoor or outdoor products according to label instructions like Bonide Household Insect Control ID#527 RTU. People and pets may re-enter the treated area after spray has dried.
